I personally don't much attention to it. If I spell a word wrong or forget to add transitions or just argue with run-ons like i am now, i tend to ignore it...

It's like im being graded or anything....

I don't care so much about punctuation and grammar, etc. online, but I do tend to make sure that I spell things correctly.

I can understand poorer grammar in, say, chatting in a FPS game or IM with friends than on a message board. Poor grammar on a message board really tends to bug me. It's not like you're in a rush or writing post after post.

as long as i can convey a message successfully...the approach shouldn't matter.
