Hey everyone. I have a road runner cable connection, and it seems that every 20-30 minutes or so, my connection drops, for at least 10-15 seconds. Also, loading web pages has become really slow, as it seems my computer is searching for the connection because it's not constant anymore. Now, I know I can call them up, but is there anything I can do? I have a router as well. Is there anyway to test if it's the router instead of the cable modem besides directly hooking up my cable modem to my comp for a day and seeing how it is? Anything I can do through the comp? I have already unplugged the cable modem/router for over an hour, with no success. Thanks.

Edit: It's not the router and it's getting much worse. I don't think it's the NIC card in my comp because the other computer in the network is having trouble too. RR won't send a guy for a frickin week and I can barely be online. Help me.
Thanks/
