My buddy has a problem with his "internal usb ethernet card" - man, is there even such a thing? to me it dosent make sense... USB are the ports on the back of ur mobo, with the other connections where u plug in ur mouse and keyboard, monitor etc. SO how can something USB be internal...... and if his ethernet card is internal it would had to be mounted into a PCI slot, righ? in which case you wouldnt need to hook it uo to a USB - man i dont know anything about networking but this dosent make sense.
Anyhow, when he gets into windows he dosent have his internet.... everything else (like OS) works perfectly. Appearently he has a DELL system.
Please help me with my confusion, and his frustration.
Thanks all
