Update:

1. My Backstrong chair broke after 4 years of daily use. REALLY helped my back so much for sitting in a chair all day for WFH over COVID.
2. Looks like the company went out of business & got purchased by another company, but no stock available on their website.
3. Ended up replacing it with the viral TikTok ADHD chair that lets you sit crossed-legged

Price on sale is $50 without wheels: (this is for my computer, so it never moves)

If you have ADHD & sit funny (criss-cross, one leg under, one leg up in a triangle, etc.), this chair feels like home. If you sit normal, you probably won't like this chair, as there are no armrests or headrest. I miss my no-back-pain-All33 chair, but I no longer WFH very much post-COVID, so no biggie I guess. The price is pretty crazy for how much I like it. Holds up to 300 pounds. Comes in a few different colors & a fabric option is also available.

Yeah, my computer chair at home broke, but I really don't want to spend $700+ on a fancy replacement. Buuuuuuuut I'd have to wait until like February to get the Backstrong chair. #firstworldproblems :D

My friend did the exercise ball thing. It's neat, but annoying, because there's no back to lean onto & you're always kind of rolling around a bit. You can't really just lean back & relax when you're say typing something & want to read it to review. One of my computer clients had a chair adapter for the ball that added wheels & a lower backrest - similar to the one below, except the backrest was a horizontal pad on a metal bar...it was okay, but the lack of armrests was annoying:

-That last position would be super useful when someone sends me a 5 alarm fire email at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon after letting my initial inquiry languish since Monday...

It doesn't metter for me how ergonomic the chair is, I will still find a way to sit in it like a total nerd. In my case the only way to keep myself away from back pains when working was to buy an adjustable table, I also bought an ergonomic table, btu still the table is much better.
