Why exactly do all the countries around South America Hate Bush so much?

I do not understand this at all. If South America was more stable they could be producing and selling all the goods to us that we currently buy from China. We could make each other quite rich. We buy millions of dollars a day of stuff from China.

The US used to be (and still is to a very limited extent) involved in overthrowing governments there. Because of that many South Americans blame the US for every problem that comes up.
