New Killer hardware is fully Linux supported. Also, the actual (onboard) Killer hardware uses native windows network stack. Old Killer hardware was Marvell based. As well as said many times the new Killer products are capable of running standalone with just the driver .inf. Why are teaming and other things useless? I actually use it and have pretty good use cases for it. I can connect 2 routers at the same time I can leverage 3 WAN connections you can nearly triple your LAN data transfer speed if done correctly. Also, Anandtech stated in their review/final words that it is not "snake oil" they just used this term to see if its just marketing or not that's why u find it easily on google. But in their final words, they state that old Killer hardware made improvements at least in regards to FPS and that Killer did aggressive marketing but they found out as well that it's not "snake oil". Did u even read the full review? I see you have your opinion/experiences with old Killer tech I have my experiences with Killer tech regardless if old/new. Anyone is free to use whatever he wants but I think the facts are clear as well as Intel is partnering with Killer should explain a lot. They simply have a state of the art networking software with networking features no other brand has in the home consumer market section. Let alone the hardware which they do not even make themselves and which is on par with Intel and Realtek solutions.
