So I clearly have no idea what I'm doing with the exception of knowing to flick off power to the heater in the room. So I took off the faceplate to see what I'm dealing with and I'm staring down at:

So there's two red wires and two black wires that seem to each go into some clicky box thing that I assume will open or close the circuit. My question is, how the heck do I buy a replacement thermostat. Some of the ones I've seen in the stores say something like "if it's powered by 120/240V then don't use this".
Any idea how to shop for something that'll let me program a time for when to turn it on and off?
Edit: Pardon the iPhone quality pics. My camera broke today too. 🙁
