So to be clear you’re now in agreement that Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russian government?

You are of course welcome to think that because they felt they couldn’t prove that Don Jr. was aware his conduct was illegal that it doesn’t matter. I personally think colluding with hostile foreign governments to get help winning an election is extremely bad even if you don’t know it’s a crime.

I suspect the 1/6 committee will refer Trump for prosecution. What the DOJ does with that, not sure. The main issue here is our criminal code doesn’t have specific laws that cover the sitting president attempting to end democracy.
Interesting development. I was wondering if we were ever going to get to see this memo from Barr.

Court orders release of secret Barr memo undercutting Mueller report on Trump obstruction | Salon.com

"Not only was the Attorney General being disingenuous then, but DOJ has been disingenuous to this Court with respect to the existence of a decision-making process that should be shielded by the deliberative process privilege," she wrote. "The agency's redactions and incomplete explanations obfuscate the true purpose of the memorandum, and the excised portions belie the notion that it fell to the Attorney General to make a prosecution decision or that any such decision was on the table at any time."

That would be very interesting and would be pretty damming. It's what everyone with a brain already surmised, but having written proof would be pretty satisfying.

Lady Lindsey found a judge to stay her testimony.

These people are so crooked.
At least Lindsey could admit he's a crook when obviously he's a crook. And if ordered to testify, Lindsey will plead the 5th.
Like father, like daughter.

Lady G threatening the court, telling judges subpoenas from grand juries shouldn't apply to him, plus non stop shilling for the traitor - the guy he said he was done with after the insurrection.

Piece of shit belongs in a Georgian prison for the rest of his life, I'm sure he'd be a real hit there.

Actually, no, it's Graham's handle at the DNC I believe. I heard it back in 2018 I think it was, can't take credit for it.

His escorts probably have a different, more entomological term for him. The ones who don't flee anyway. *cough*

I'll skip the reminder, it caused enough vomit the first time around.

The gall, the audacity, for Lady G to basically say 'either we get a pass from the law or you're gonna see some "tourists both sight seeing and protesting." 11th Circuit Court of Appeals can eat a dick salad for indulging her threatening ass. Bitch works for the idiot on tape ordering others "to find 11,780 more votes" FFS! This isn't a fishing expedition. Really hope Judge May stomps this delaying tactic down, and soon.

Ahahaha, RNC said they won't be paying for Trump's legal fees on account of this latest bit of treason and espionage.

No one of note wants to be stained/ostracized by representing the traitor, and the ones who did sign on to defend him are 99% sure never to see a check now. Who is going to stick around to get stiffed, for a traitor?

Please let him defend himself and please let it be televised! Chicken Soup for The Soul of The Nation.

I'm unpersuaded by the breadth of your argument Ms Lindsey!

Nice. I bet the Hissy envelope is being pushed yet again. Hell to leather.
