Indictments coming...

I didn't mention Hillary.

You didn't have to. It was a knee-jerk reply that just couldn't be helped.

Tony Podesta stepped down. Why? well maybe he thinks he'll be indicted soon as well. Presumably if he believes he's likely to be charged stepping down might shield his Podesta group.

Manafort has been charged mainly with laundering money. There's been no mention of collusion....
YET... (yeah it's a big yet) We'll see how much Manafort wants to reduce his sentence or the charges against him and what he can actually give Mueller. Or if there are further charges against manafort

In all likelihood where will be more indictments and the people initially charged will be given the opportunity to flip on bigger fish. I hope they don't drastically reduce the sentences/charges on the people initially indicted because I do believe Manafort is definitely guilty of hiding some 18 million dollars gained from foreign sources and laundering it.

If Manafort can give up people who lead to Trump or Trump himself so much the better. But if Mueller ends up going after people associated with team D we shouldn't be trying to downplay that either.

Quit watching Fox, it rots the brain..
One could've gotten the news of Tony Podesta quite easily without being a rabid unreasoning Faux News watcher... sorry to say

- I wouldnt be surprised to see Trump himself fall on this sword, money laundering. "We have all the funding we need out of russia". Manafort implicated in russia->ukraine and trump ukraine->US?.

My biggest disappointment is that they won't be going after Obama.

Presumably you’re happy though that a number of people from the Trump campaign (and probably administration) will be facing justice for pretty obvious criminal behavior though, right?

It would be interesting to take bets over what percentage of Trump’s senior staff will be indicted before Mueller is done.

lol. what does Tony Podesta have to do with Obama, Hillary, and the dems? This is all you got, eh?

He probably doesn't realize that Tony Podesta is only too happy to cooperate with Mueller on this investigation and turn over any documents he has on what Manafort was paying Podesta Group and Mercury for and where the money came from. As far as he's concerned, PG was retained to do a job and they did it...nothing illegal there unless they knew the money trail was shady (i.e. Cypriot wire transfers) and even then not sure they committed a crime. Don't think that Podesta is stupid enough to lie and risk an obstruction charge. He's stepping down to take the focus off of his organization.
