Now I get the feeling that the indictments this week are going to provide the necessary distraction for the Pubes to slide their tax plan through without any kind of oversight. Who knew??

I am still having the giggles from flipping channels over to FOX and seeing how the "Get Hillary" divert ploy is now in over-drive/hyper-drive. It's just so so funny to see how the GOP is fumbling round trying to turn this "witch hunt" of Trump into an indictment of Hillary.

It's so freaking desperate and transparent. It's my younger son standing in the wreckage of a lamp pointing at his brother and wailing "He put a scratch on the car!!!!!"

I almost wish they WOULD lock her up just to (temporarily) give them no scapegoat. There's always Obama I guess. Lock him up too. I'll take it, if it means taking down this dangerous nutjob and his cronies.

I'm on a forum where there was a thread started earlier in the morning but once the George Papadopoulos indictment info started coming out there hasn't been a single comment, despite 5-10 posts about how mueller arresting Manafort and gates means nothing to trump.

it's quite comical. The typical Hillary Hillary Hillary. Fire Mueller. Pardon Manafort. Literally everything you can think of is being thrown out except, you know, those responsible for criminal actions being held liable.
 
On Fox a Dem commentator mentioned Papadopoulos and the host immediately changed the narrative to the dossier funding without saying a word about it.

If the FBI has you by the balls on counts that are enough to spend your whole life in prison, and has the balls of your buddy involved in the same conspiracy in a similar vice, they ain't arresting you first because of your danger to society. Grounds to arrest Manafort have been easily public for a long time, but they waited until they had enough evidence to force cooperation and play them off each other. And I also think they must have a pretty good idea of the goods Manafort and Gates possess so they can move up the food chain. And that's pretty interesting because if Manafort is at the bottom of the food chain, things might get intense.
