Allow that faint glimmer of hope to fade. Mitch just ruled no witnesses can be called.

Every Democrat needs to start tweeting out about 'Due Process' and 'If Trump wants to confront his accusers, like he keeps claiming, how can he if he can't have witnesses?' and 'How can you have a trial without hearing from witnesses?' Basically they need to play Trumps own game and start complaining about how unfair it is all being.

This BTW, is what a real kangaroo court looks like.
A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice and often carries little or no official standing in the territory within which it resides. The term may also apply to a court held by a legitimate judicial authority which intentionally disregards the court's legal or ethical obligations.

Damn, looks to be the same way he rammed through the tax cuts for the wealthy and Kreepy Kavanaugh's appointment to the SC. Moscow Mitch is going to make Trump's crimes disappear into thin air as if it all never happened.

And Trump's Chuds will think it was the right thing to do, their only choice since the Democrats made them do it.

That's some kind of awesome precedent the Repubs have set for the nation in the way of lawlessness, blatant corruption, setting the Constitution on fire and stomping it into the dirt along with the American flag they humorously think they're so patriotic about protecting.

Of course if a Dem Clone of Trump ever won, these precedents the Repubs have set will be conveniently forgotten and the proviso "well OK it's the same but it's different and we don't have to explain why because we feel we don't owe you an explanation. Get over it."

He has made it clear that's not part of his agenda. Time to wash your hands of another member of the "bad-faith is their only faith" camp.
I did that a long time ago, hence my reply. Also compuwiz1 has previously stated he isn't here to have any kind of meaningful discussion and nothing he says should be taken seriously.

Yeh, the right wing is trying desperately to spin it into something it's not. Barr sent Horowitz on a mission to justify his illegal spying bullshit. When Horowitz didn't give him that, he took issue with the report & doubled down. And Trump chimed in, charming fellow that he is-

Nothing to see here, right? Just more made up Trump lies and right wing spin? If CNN and other Progressheviks propaganda sites are reporting in, it must be bad.

Its actually a really serious issue and it should be addressed by Congress. Unfortunately for you, a trump cult member, it doesn't change anything regarding trump in any way what so ever.

Now if I was Carter page I might sue the FBI but that's about as far it would go and it certainly wouldn't exonerate trump in the slightest.

Funny how time and time again that the "Russia Collusion" investigation was called out for shady dealings, and only to be denied and accuse people of tinfoil hat quackery. As time passes and information surfaces, the deniers walk back their original statements.

Do any of those links give even one specific example of what was done wrong? I haven't seen one yet. Do you know why that is? It's because there is no "there" there. If there was anything of real substance, Barr would have broadcast it worldwide the second he had it. The reality is that some people forgot to dot some is and cross some ts.

What are you even talking about? I conceded that the FISA surveillance on Page might have gone too far, but that has nothing to do with Flynn‘s indictment, Manafort’s indictment, or the Mueller investigation which followed Comey’s firing by Trump. Whenever the evidence has Trump dead to rights, somehow y’all find a way to ignore his culpability and focus on insignificant errors in the process. That shit is getting old.

Zero evidence has been produced that has "Trump dead to rights". Remember how no one had ever heard of the dossier and Schiff had a mountain of evidence that Trump colluded with Russia? Keep ignoring the facts of how all the damning evidence keeps getting debunked.

That’s because the evidence is being suppressed...but hey, where there’s smoke...

Team Treason is going to need a deeper hole to bury it's head in, these damn facts just keep ruining all their conspiracy bullshit and obstruction excuses.

They halted the aid to Ukraine within 90 min of that phone call apparently. Phone companies and their records hate America!

Amazing, isn't it? Congress would have been better off to issue FOIA requests than subpoenas. It's the Deep State, Man. They've always hated the Precious, the Divine Leader. Fake News! Enemy of the People!

Truth isn't truth in Trumplandia. It's just whatever the Great Leader says it is. When Trump says "It was a perfect call. I did nothing wrong. Read the transcript." they believe him. When they actually read the transcript, they still believe him. It's a lie so impudent that they can't believe he just made it up.

The transcript that Trump released confirms he broke the law. This is the law:

Let’s run with this.
Approximately when should I see these indictments and if I don’t see indictments does it meat the lawyers are incompetent or there is nothing to charge her with?
