I'd say worst is PST (Persian standard time). Every single Persian I invited to my wedding was late. Every single one.

when I read the post title I immediately thought American Indian. There was an old variety show called "Indian Time" that I enjoyed.

In my experience, while Navajo and Apache are frequently late they generally have good reasons that make sense in their culture. My Mexican relatives on the other hand are frequently late just because they "couldn't get going."

People (Korean people) try to tell me that Koreans run on KST and that loitering only happens in Korean groups, but I always have to remind them that white people (and everyone else) do it too.

whenever my friends say that they're running late because they are on Taiwan standard time, I point out to them that Taiwan is 16 hours ahead and that means I expect them to be there before me.
