Sure that sounds smart, kill yourself because your scared of dying!

She fails at life, in fact, she led to hear very own failure!

Though I wonder, the one who threw the breaker must of been thinking "everyone will want to kill me if this goes wrong" *CLANK* *transformer sounds* That had to be one hell of a breaker too, though I'm guessing it was more like a button leading to a relay switch. fun stuff.

I want to build one at home now that I know they're safe. 😛

As for religion, cults and stuff, why use a proxy when you can just believe and follow God's word directly. Religions add nothing but obscurity to spirituality. If God met the world to end by one of our experiments it would happen, but I don't think that's what God has in plan. That last book of the Bible, it holds more truth then any science text book. They keep revising text books, but not the Bible. 😉 But I don't want to start a religious argument here so I'll stop now.

I don't find this funny one bit.

She wasn't being stupid, she was just a victim of a religion-crazed culture that totally warped her world view. I promise that if any of you were born into that kind of society, and it was the only thing you've ever known, then your world view would be warped too.

"But in deeply religious and superstitious India, fears about the experiment and the minor risks associated with it spread rapidly through the media."

and

"In east India, thousands of people rushed to temples to pray and fast while others savored their favorite foods in anticipation of the world's end.

"There were a thousand more devotees yesterday as well as today compared to (any) other normal day," Benudhara Sahu, a temple official in Orissa state, told Reuters."

Yes!!!, Religion.

The kicker is that it was just test beams. No colliding 😛

Guess in October we should look forward to hundreds of suicides then huh?

Yes, none of us were born into a religion-crazed culture, my mothers just never got married because they didn't want to!

If you kill yourself because there's a chance you might die that's just plain stupid. Yes, religion warps the mind and the world view. But there are billions of people that believe in fairy tales that didn't kill themselves over this. That's entirely on her, not on the fairy tales.

Hmmm....the one in your sig currently is pretty good, but having a CasioTech quote in your sig is kinda cliche...ive seen at least 4 of them.
