What could cause an inability to wake up?
For instance: Yesterday I went to sleep around midnight/1 o'clock. I slept until around 10am when I was woken up by a house mate to go move my car because I was blocking them in, threw on some shorts, went down stairs and moved my car. I came back up to my room and sat down at my desk to wake up a bit only to completely pass out at my desk and sleep from around 10:15/20 to 3pm where I only got up because I got a phone call, if not I probably would have slept hours more.
If this were a once in a while thing I wouldn't care and just put it off to catching up on sleep but it is not, its an every-day kind of thing. Even when I need to get up early I still manage to sleep late into the afternoon, no matter what time I go to bed at night.
What could cause my body to be so tired/exhaust all the time/sleep so long?
I'm not on any prescription drugs, over the counter drugs, or illegal ones. Drink caffeine but only in the AM or early afternoon. I exercise at least 4 days a week in the gym and get plenty of work outside the gym.
I'm just a bit worried there could be something physically causing my over-sleeping. I am going to a doctor after I get back in town after next week.
