kidnapping charge seems like it's really a stretch... I'm guessing he'll appeal the sentencing and charge that the judge and jury were both biased or something.

It's no stretch. OJ is on tape directing his armed cohorts not to allow anyone to leave the room. They were held captive at gunpoint. That is kidnapping.

yeah, that doesn't seem like kidnapping to me.

Would you prefer the term, "unlawful restraint" to kidnapping?" The actual details of the definitions vary between jurisdictions, but if you care to make that distinction, the only difference would be whether the victim is held captive where he is or transported to another place.

Beyond that, it still doesn't matter. Simpson was convicted of armed robbery.

OJ - Going to jail for (presumably) life [check]
Johnnie Cochran - Dead [check]
Robert Kardashian - Dead [check]

You're up next on the karma world tour, F. Lee Bailey.

How could anyone that gave us Kim be such a bad guy?

Another foot ball player that flipped his lid after he retired. Maybe now he will come clean?

OJ will spend at least 9 or 10 years where he deserves to be, hopefully a lot longer.

I'm curious if he'll decide he's got nothing to lose and finally tell the truth of what happened.

I can see him in front of the judge now "your honor, you can't send me to jail, who's going to find the real killers then??" ;)

I was always pleased with the verdict of the first trial because it showed that the system wasn't really biased against people of color as I had been raised to believe. It was biased against poor people

so does this result prove the system really is biased against people of color, or just killers?

Maybe it just proves that he ran out of money.

This LOL!!
