Hmm...looks like I'll have to change my style. I can't bunny hop, as it is. I'm in the top 2% of Call of Duty players, per csports.net.

yeah..your finger placement is a bit different. i almost have to contort myself to follow yours. try the standard which is W-middle finger. the rest just falls in place.

I have my thumb on D, pointer on W, middle on A, ring on shift, and pinkie close to ctrl. I use the pointer for S, as well. I think that this puts me at a disadvantage, as I need to take a finger off the movement keys to jump.

you're fscking weird.

WTF? Thumb on D? You MUST SUCK at FPS games.

😕

I just tried that, and that is the most uncomfortable layout I've ever tried. I have to sit way to the right of my keyboard for that to work.

I *AM* sitting way right of my keyboard because of my desk. I guess that explains why I have tried that technique.

I used to use that back in Quake 2 days. Gave me more options for key binds, and felt more comfortable being that is was the "home row" for typing. Now I use the WASD because it seems all games default to this and I dont use many binds anymore.
