pinky: shift
ring: A
middle: S
index: D
thumb: space

Obviously, I don't use the standard wasd setup. I find mine to be much less awkward.

Thumb on D is insane. My hand feels all compressed into a tiny little area on the keyboard.

I have my fingers over ,aoe for up down left right, and p for reload, and ; for crouch. ' and . to look around corners. pinkie controls left shift, control, and alt. thumb controls spacebar.

I have a dvorak keyboard so the keys will be different from everyone else, but basicly, left side of the keyboard. With my right hand on the mouse.
