I have my thumb on D, pointer on W, middle on A, ring on shift, and pinkie close to ctrl. I use the pointer for S, as well. I think that this puts me at a disadvantage, as I need to take a finger off the movement keys to jump.

left hand ring finger on A. Middle finger on S, index finger on D. Use my middle finger to go from W to S. thumb on space bar. Pinky on Shift and Ctrl. Right hand on mouse.
Mine are on the keyboard but it seems most people I encounter online have at least one thumb up their ass.

Hmm...looks like I'll have to change my style. I can't bunny hop, as it is. I'm in the top 2% of Call of Duty players, per csports.net.

Thumb to pinky: Num0, RightArrow, UpArrow, LeftArrow, Ctrl.
My right hand is on the mouse and it doesn't touch the keyboard.
I can comfortably reach the whole numpad and lots of keys around the backspace-enter-Rshift-ctrl column. My left hand is very quick, so it moves around a lot on the keyboard.
