In addition to protein, do you also take BCAA and Glutamine?

I'm wondering if there is a need to continue supplementing myself with additional BCAA and Glutamine.

I know that Optimum nutrition gold standard protein already has BCAA and glutamine. A healthy diet also has traces of BCAA and glutamine.

the gold standard label specifically tells you how much BCAA and Glutamine are in each scoop of whey, but I don't know how much i'm getting just by eating regular food.

I supplement BCAA's, it's probably not needed since I eat plenty of food. But I absolutely love the flavor of BSN's AminoX, so I usually drink it after a work out. I don't take Glutamine, but I do take Creatine. Protein + BCAA + Creatine's a pretty good stack imho. There are so many damn tasty BCAA drinks out there I actually look forward to taking them. Now I think about it I'd probably take a Glutamine supplement if I found one in Watermelon flavor lol.

When is a good time to take and how much? Ive been reading stuff and its all over the place. Some say as soon as you wake up, then right before you work out, right after you workout and then with dinner. Others say just pre/post workout. It also is said not to mix with other items like a protein shake. I figure pre/post would be okay and I could just add it to my post workout protein/creatine shake.
