Yeah this is an old old thing. The oven pictured is a "black" oven where anthracite is in the baking chamber. In NYC and perhaps elsewhere there are "white" ovens where heat is convected and refracted from an external chamber to heat up a separate baking oven. This is how bread was baked.

When people think coal they imagine great belching clouds of smoke and sulfur, but that's not an issue here. Anthracite burns clean and provides extreme heat, higher than wood, for fast cooking of pizza.

Here in important message that I think should be understood by everyone.

Immigration is not unlimited and always positive. Even disregarding the terrorist angle, there are limits to how many people we can or should take in.

I'm fairly adamant with stopping US population growth where it's at now. Reducing immigration to thousands, not millions.
And that's purely from a stability and sustainment factor. I do not think we have the room or resources to rapidly expand anymore.

Another thing is the whole environment argument.

More people = more pollution. While immigration arguably just means moving people around, it enables population growth because people moving out of crowded or bad areas where they won't have children to an area of peace and stability where they will have kids leads to net growth.

See us way, way down at 176? We are no where near the population density level where we have to even begin to worry. Get out of the city for a minute.

I don't give a damn about a population density study. This is our country and we alone decide how many we want to grant entry to just like everyone else.

We. And thankfully most of us are not xenophobes who use specious arguments to stop immigration.

We have plenty of room. Immigrants are a net asset to our country and economy. Diversity is strength, both in industry, and genetically.

You are ignoring whether we SHOULD increase the population density and merely saying others have it much worse.
Water resources are already to their limit in multiple locations, and you'll find no more people supported by the Colorado river.
The US West is largely a desert, plus the great plains lack trees and people for a reason.

My argument is our population, density, whatever you want to measure, is already more than it should be. We should let it peak here.

Our population growth rate is under 1% & likely to decline even further, even with immigration-

The only way our rentier economy delivers to the little guy is through growth. As Bernie pointed out, we don't even get much out of it the way it is. W/o growth the little guy takes the high hard one because of the extractive effects of Capitalism itself.

Diversity is strength, both in industry, and genetically.

No one who chants this globalist slogan is able to give a solid reason WHY/HOW diversity is such a strength - only that you're a racist/bigot/xenophobe if you don't believe it.

And not all races provide better genetics, as found in the world IQ charts.

A little more definition would also be nice for "diversity" because it currently means "anything but whites".

Wow...

Just wow...

We officially have a racial supremacist here folks.

I know I'm wasting my time but... IQ tests are culturally/education dependant and thus vastly inaccurate when crossing cultural lines.

But keep believing the Bell Curve all you want to support your hilarious idea that you're somehow superior to anyone.

Meanwhile, proof immigrants are an asset to our economy and country as a whole.

Just shortened your post for accuracy and brevity. Maybe next time don't start off by saying how you don't care about reality.
I'm so sorry that I offended you snowflake.:mask: The reality is that your opinion is of no value to me and the same can be said of agent's blather.:hearteyecat:

Guess it takes a really tough guy to prey on the most vulnerable groups in society.

The irony of taking to time to show you care by proclaiming you don't care? Priceless.

The vast amount of immigrants coming in are actually better educated than the general U.S. population, so it's not a humanitarian argument to start with, as the U.S. doesn't take that many refugees. Most people come in either for work or via family reunification. You could argue high immigration levels is depressing wage levels, particularly in STEM fields, but the rules of the game in America is whoever has money gets to lobby Congress over immigration. So better start saving those pennies and start your own PAC!
That ship has sailed.

I've got over 200 years of American history that shows diversity is a strength, you anti American piece of shit.
