I don't understand how that can be. Canada takes in vast amounts of asian/caribbean/european immigrants. Why would they make it more difficult for americans to immigrate? We are much closer culturally than these other groups. Also, we are generally wealthier and more educated than the other immigrant groups.

Yes because PM's are private messages and e-mails are... ehhh... damn.... i meant to say that u use a browser to view your PM's and an e-mail client to view your e-mails... if you don't have webmail... then you use your browser...
