Try to set things right. Buy him a blow up doll and offer to assist in his ritual to turn the doll into a real woman.
 
He threatened to kill you, did he not? You can definately have him charged for that. Pretend you were scared and you can nail him with assault yet.

I could threaten to beat people on the streets with strands of wet spaghetti, I don't think I'd be charged with assault.

Man....I sure hope you can roll a 20 sided die better than he can. If not and he gets a natural 20....well....we won't be seeing you for a while.

By all rights if he lives his life close to the ways of wicca he will not cause you any such harm. Wicca belief is "An it harm none, do what ye will" they also believe whatever they do to someone, it willl eventually come back to them three fold. Just so you know 😉
