I like the Chieftec Dragon full-tower ATX case that I got from TigerDirect on sale for $30 +s/h. It's still not quite my "perfect" case though, although it comes darn close. The front plastic bezel is kind of flimsy and cheap-feeling, and the 5.25" bay rails seem to leave the optical drives with a bit too much vibrational "play", and it's a total PITA to swap whatever is in the floppy mounting bays, because you have to take the entire plastic front bezel off to get at it. OTOH, plenty of cooling fans, include two three-bay removable HD mounts, each with a cooling fan (great feature!), and some additional fan mounts in the back.
The downsides: no removable mobo tray, and for a full-tower, mounting an ATX mobo was kind of tight, actually. Likewise, I was a little disappointed to see that the case lacked a set of AT mobo mounting holes.
My prior full-tower case, was actually even *more* solidly built, had a removable mobo tray and ATX and AT mounting holes, but suffered from a serious lack of internal HD bays, as well as any means to cool them. So in that sense, the Chieftec is superior. The mid-tower may actually be better than the full-tower though, in many ways.
