Normally this happens the old fashion natural way with people from different geographical areas meeting and marrying and end up having kids.
Usually, kids with parents from different parts of the world have a good set of genes and are generally speaking very attractive when symmetrical.
Because of being from mixed origin.
But for the music industry, it is hard to find someone who looks good in the required format and can sing and dance...
So, they resort to different solutions.
