Damn, crawfish are a pain in the arse to dissect, but are equally tasty.

I ate:
20+ crawfish
20+ shrimp
2 catfish filets, no breading
1 hamburger, no bun
2 brats, no bun, tons of brat mustard with horseradish

That was delicious. My lips were burning for about an hour after I stopped eating. The corn and potatoes that were cooking with the crawfish were unbelievably spicy. One thing is definite, though ... I am fully satisfied!

i need to go to rajun cajun and get a pound or two of crawfish, a couple dozen oysters on the half shell, and a shrimp po boy
 
there is a local restaurant here, www.theboilingcrab.com, that sells cajun seafood by the pound and i'm not sure i care for crawfish. Not a whole lot of meat, particularly compared against shrimp, pound for pound or dollar for dollar.

I'm in Ohio 🙁

The pic was taken when I was on my spring break in Louisiana. 10 pounds @ $2.50 / lb I think. It was only for two people.
