I did an experiement last week where I broiled it in a cast iron pan, but instead of putting it directly on the pan, I put marinated onion slices down and then the steak on top of those. A little cracked pepper, salt, rosemary, thyme, cumin, and garlic didn't hurt either. (light on the rosemary and thyme)
It was the best feakin' steak I've ever had. My wife got on the phone to tell people about it after dinner it was so good![]()
