When they become an adult, you can look up your countries accepted age on google probably, for England it's 18. and if someone has sex with someone else who is under the age of 18 and they are not within 4 years of that person age, they are committing statutory rape, as they are themselves having sex with a child when they are not close to being a child themself.

What I'm saying is the term child is subjective in every day usage, but legaly it is absolute and defined by the law of your country and the dictionary defines Pedophillia as sexual desire in an adult for a child. So taking these two premises as true, the result is that in law: If you have sexual desires for childeren (people under the age of 18 [in the UK]) you have pedophilic tendencies, I couldn't say "You are a pedophile" as that would require a psychiatric degree, which I do not have.
