ok, so heres the deal. I get my parts from comp usa. I assemble them CORRECTLY and i cant get windows on my hard drive.I go to comp usa and they do tests on my mobo and it passes all. So i go home and i put it back in. They said memory and CPU are ok too.So i go to my other computer, put my hard drive in, and windows installs puuurfectly. Ok So i call TBC.NET (a computer fixing company) and they said it was most defenately mobo. I already knew that, but comp usa wont let me get another one, casue thir tests passed. SOOO i cant even get my money back casue of their gay 14 day warranty, or trade it in casue its not "broke" even for a different brand. I GOT SHAFTED! Since i got second oppinions by a professional computer company, is ther ANYTHING i can do about this outright lying, or just poor custumer service? Is that legal, is there something i can do?
P.S. its an MSI motherboard, and my friend also got two of these and both had same problem, so i went in to see if i could get a diiferent brand, but since its not "broke" i cant. (lwas going for an asus) (btw i get blue screeen of death with msi mobo with messed up ide channels) I also tried about6 other hard drives with windows on them already and all got blue screen. I got 2 year warranty on mobo, but i cant use it casue "its not broke"
THERE MUST BE SOMETHING I CAN DO, OR ANYTHING I CAN SAY TO EITHER GET MY MONEY BACK, OR GET ANOTHER BRAND!
