Then it would appear that he doesnt fit the dictionary definition of the redneck. Logic permits then that he must not be a redneck, but instead something else.

See, that's the problem. That's not always been the definition of redneck. You think the dictionaries never change their definitions? Ever? And are always right? They're written by humans and humans make mistakes, just like you're doing by calling this racism.

What the average human on the street knows doesnt make the defintion of a word or a fact. For instance, if you ask the average human where Iraq is on a map and they point to Israel, that doesnt mean that Israel is really Iraq, it just means theyre misinformed, like you are.

Also, dictionaries do change their definitions. They change them to fit what the current definition of a word is according to what it is percieved as. People are not perfect, and of course they make mistakes, but when your job is doing definitions for words and youve been doing it since 1831, youd think that they have a good amount of skill and accuracy in their defintions.

What I find most amusing about this is all you can is that the dictionaries are wrong without presenting any sort of proof that proves otherwise.
