happy holidays is easier to say than merry christmas, happy new year, happy hannuka, happy thanksgiving and happy kwanzaa.

Uh sure, but when the store is playing Christmas music, with Christmas decorations, and using Santa in their ads etc, then it's not just a "holliday", it's Christmas. If they simply want to advertise it as a generic holliday, fine, but then don't use all the Christmas stuff and call it something generic.

so if they're doing all the christmas shit why are you still upset? do you just want something to be mad about?

I support it, I don't believe Jesus was magical so I don't celebrate his "birthday".

I didn't celebrate your birthday, does that mean that you're not a magical frog?

Find a princess to kiss me and we'll see. 😉

Besides, I only put it in quotes because it's pretty widely accepted that Dec 25th wasn't his birthday.

the less mention of the fantasy character christ, the better, get over it.

the last i heard, jesus/christ and God were two different peoplezzz 🙂
Jesus, God, and the Holy Ghost are like some quantum deity, existing in different states depending on who's being asked. Jesus is God, but is also the son of God, but they're not the same people, and they are.

Bill Maher would call it "the holiday of that invisible guy".
Or maybe call it "Barack Obama-mama-whama day"

i absolutely hate when I hear these on the radio / tv:
African,Asian,etc.-American, Holiday (during Christmas time), hygienic worker or something along those lines (it's a JANITOR)

Christians are just the current hip thing to abuse.

It'll pass.

These people who constantly insult Christmas, would never dare do the same to Ramadan.

Last I heard it's illegal to use Christmas in public setting. Manufacturers are not even allowed to sell "Christmas trees" anymore, they have to label them Holiday tree. Not sure if it's all of US or parts of it, I'm not even sure if it's hit Canada yet (would not surprise me - it's just as bad here). They also can't use the word Christmas anywhere in their store.

You're a freaking moron. Are all your fellow nutters this bad?

Yeah, what are you talking about? There is no law against using the word Christmas. Home Depot's marketing department last year decided to call them "Holiday Trees". The move backfired and they are going back to referring to them as Christmas Trees in their advertisements this year.

Also, the Grucci family who does the fireworks at the Christmas parade on Long Island every year pulled out because it is being renamed to the holiday parade.

I don't care either way, but I find controversy funny in and of itself 🙂

There isn't a controversy. There's just a bunch of pampered whiners trying to pretend they are victims.

Anyone watching Jeff Dunham's special on Comedy Central? He's been talking about the exact thing (Christmas vs Holiday)

Nah, sheep have much better uses...

A man can have sex with animals such as sheeps, cows, camels and so on. However, he should kill the animal after he has his orgasm. He should not sell the meat to the people in his own village; however, selling the meat to the next door village should be fine.

Aww, Khomeini, you rascal!
