I'm bored. What's a good movie to watch?

I need a movie............... anything decent and engrossing will do. I'm craving a good comedy or a drama/thriller/suspense that sucks you in.

I recently watched The Illusionist which was excellent. I'm bit of a semi movie buff so I've seen many.

Just gimme a shot in the dark of your favorites- old or new.

Seen it. Excellent film. Just the kind of film I love (likes of Blow, Snatch, Trainspotters, The Inside Man, etc).

Mother was good but forgettable.

I saw Stardust a while ago and liked it, if I had to describe it I'd say it was kind of similar in style and humor to Princess Bride.

Never seen mother, but I didn't like ghost. In a way, too predictable. The whole "America is evil" thing was pretty heavy handed imo.
