I'm bored. What's a good movie to watch?

Never seen mother, but I didn't like ghost. In a way, too predictable. The whole "America is evil" thing was pretty heavy handed imo.

I guess I should spoiler this:

But it's almost biographical, based on Tony Blair's regime. He was seen as a pawn and there were all kinds of rumours about him being fully controlled and even put in place by the US government. Brosnan was Blair and this was a movie (well the book it was based on I guess) building on those rumours.

That's what made it so awesome.

I caught that,
I lived in england during blair's reign, so I got all the Blair is bushs lapdog stuff. I guess if you view the US as some sort of tyrannical nation then it would have been a "Yeah this is awesome" sort of statement. Me, I saw it more of a "Yeah, lets appeal to the European nations by pushing how much the US sucks." Strip that away and you have a mediocre thriller. I pegged the wife as the main villain in pretty much the first scene she appeared in.

Not saying its terrible, just not rewatchable.
