Basically I was under the impression that our latest job, putting up a hell of a lot of crown molding would be nice and easy, but it was really kilelr on my lower back. I didn't think I needed to use my belt (that wide black thing that has velco....not sure what it is called) since I wasn't lifting anything.
The thing is, I was sustaining this modeling (thick pin iirc) consistentnly all day on top of a ladder with my body outstretched and leaning on the wall using only my hands to push up on the molding to keep it in place.
Now my back is in really pain. it feels like the connection to my hip is jammed or soemthing.
I have tried a bunch of back excercises but then the pain seems to go away or move aroudn a bit....
I was goign to go swimming tonight but now I am not so sure....
anyone?
