after all the problems caused to Iraq and they could not find Iraq guilty as charged.
So many innocent deaths, tons of money spent

and US troops should continue to stay on ?
yes, I believe they are responsible to rebuild iraq if they want to
not like anyone could order the US to do anything.

but i think the Death Toll for troops is already more then anyone would imagine,
should they continue to stay there,
the tally would increase.

unless its about pride and not willing to repeat a Vietnam War incident

In response to the original post.

Quite the opposite of WWII,
Why would ANY body want to commit to the war in iraq when our own president won't fully commit to winning it.

If a leader is willing to sacrifice the entire country's resources into a war, then it's probably a smart idea to commit to it. If your own president isn't even having to make any sacrifices or won't take whatever measures are needed to win that war, why in the world would you commit to it?

So we should pull out of Iraq because of financial concerns? Shouldn't you file that under your BS argument label? Iraqis...terrorists...torture... any of this ring a bell?

The Iraqi's wouldn't have any "goddamn forces" if we hadn't been there to train them to fight these terrorists. You obviously don't have much respect for Iraqis or the abilities of our troops.

BTW, I'm not arguing to prove you "don't support the troops to the fullest." I don't care to argue that, though it wouldn't take much to do so. That being said, our troops kick a$$, and your treating them like wimps doesn't support that idea.

Too bad. I don't think so. As for the Iraqies, they need to do what you Republicans preach to the American people....personal accountability. Do it their goddamn selves.

I'm not treating anybody like wimps. The war was a goddamn sham and you're spinning it like a cotton gin. Sorry, but you're in the minority opinion now...get used to it.

This might come as a shock, but I don't think you are in the majority when you say Iraqies should "do it their goddamn selves." Good thing the French didn't think the same thing about us during our revolution. Aren't we trying to help them do it themselves in forming a democracy?

Funny thing you compared me to using cotton gin because that machine was used the pull the crap out of the fluff.

Do you normally cheer on your team by insisting that they give up? Okay, losers then. You are treating our soldiers like losers, like they have already lost this winnable war.

First WWII that the US didn't get involved in by will, but since the Japanese attacked and Germany declared war you didn't really have a choice, Roosevelts words before the attack and the deiclaration of war still were the policy up to that point "we will not get involved in Europs war" he said.

This is a disgrace, it is not somenthing supported by the majority of anything but idiots and you are one of them.

To support the troops, well, since i have been in no less than THREE hot zones by now i could probably tell you more than you know, troops are tired, worn out, overextended policies of deployment makes troops indifferent, Nato troops are currnently moving out of assfvckistan since the US don't give sh!t about the real terrorists any more while fighting Iraqis who are fighting an occupation force in Iraq.

You want to support your troops, Armor shards, ammunition, going home, all that would be supporting the troops, you shouting YAY BUSH WAR IRAQ isn't going to do anything.

100 000 says that not ONE soldier will care about you supporing this BS war or not the sme money says theyir homecoming is long overdue, will you take that bet?

The Kurds are not asking for "federalism" as it exists in Germany or as it used to exist here...What they mean by federalism is an independent Kurdish state, that will be sovereign and in complete control of it's own resources. A Kurdish state with it's own army. Clearly, the Kurds see this as merely an interim step to complete and total separation from their Arab neighbors to the South.

Sometimes words really do have different meanings depending upon the context.

Americans had disagreements like this when we were forming our country. This is a part of the process in forming the government, it is not an irreconcilable difference.

We should stay and support them until the job is done.

For the last three decades the Kurds have fought for a free Kurdistan, in Turkey and in Iraq, yeah, they are going to give that up now, of course they are...

You are so daft that you don't even get it, the Shias are in the government, they want a muslim rule by terrorizing the minority (as opposed to how it was before when the sunnis were the terrorizers) and the kurds will STILL fight for Kurdistan.

No matter WHAT a civil war will end the battles, if you want more people to blame the US, then by all means, stay and watch, because that is about the only thing that you CAN do at this point.

Sometimes i think you idiots just don't know the history of the country and sometimes i think you are just unwilling to let that stand in the way of "democracy" like that is ever going to happen with a Shia Rule, why don't you ask Iran, after all, the US created the form of rulership in Iran and has protected the SA monarchy, and you have the gall to complain about BL being pissesd about it, well guess what, here's another thing that will create a new BL and hordes of troops for him, it is already happening. You are so stupid that it's not even amusing anymore.

A leading GOP Senator says Iraq war looking like Vietnam. Says we must leave Iraq.

Oh no, he must not have gotten the memo. The GOP is posturing itself for it's 2006 election run with small ramblings about getting out of Iraq. The polls, showing 36% support for the worthfulness (or worthlessness, IMO) of going to Iraq, is starting to weigh in on the GOP faithful as they worry about their own political future.

Of course, he could be just calling it like he sees it...which would be a refreshing "truth" that occurs from time to time.

Oh the shame......wanting to leave Iraq.....and a GOP senator to beat all....when will it all end?

Hagel doesn't have to run for reelection until 2008. I think he's getting ready for a Presidential bid and trying to take some of the heat off Repub's who will be up for reelection in '06.
