Oh, 98 was basically 95 with less bugs and better PNP & USB support, it should have been... FREE for 95 owners.

sorry for telling the truth, but I've ran Every OS that MS has put out sans ME. And there are basically 4. Dos - 3.1 - 9x & NT. Vista is just NT with more eye candy.
As far as average user experience goes, I can't argue with this point of view. On the system admin side, it's a different world.
