Yes, folks, it's true. I'm an evil butcherer of beings...
At least, as far as 3 of my 46 freshly murdered chickens are concerned. I hacked them apart with my cleaver, and had to change my shirt afterwards because of the abundance of sprayed blood...I didn't actually kill them, that was done yesterday - I just hacked 3 apart today for dinner.
I'll be grilling them shortly...1 is in Famous Dave's BBQ sauce, 1 in Jack Daniel's grilling sauce, and another in oil/italian dressing. They'll marinate for a short while before I slap them on my charcol grill.
Since I DO have 43 dead chicken bodies ready to be butchered and consumed, stuck in my freezer, anyone have some good recipes for grilling chicken? Grilling is best for now because it is hot and muggy here, and I don't want to deal with stove-top cooking(though I'm perfectly capable, I just want to do some grillin'!
