Heh, I had a political science prof last year for "Courts, Politics and Society." He was a lawyer who'd been disbarred from MI for practicing law after his license was suspended. Why was it suspended? He continued to cash his mother's Social Security checks after she died.

My favorite line from that class: "No one is EVER innocent. There's a reason why juries stop at 'not guilty.' The criminal justice system knows no one is innocent."
