Illegal Immigration solution -- Make Illegals Work as Slaves to Build a Wall

What do people think of this solution to our illegal immigration problem:

The penalty for being caught in the nation illegally will be to spend 6 months working as a slave constructing a 50 foot high, electrified wall on the southern border. Discuss.

It probably wouldn't work since Americans find slavery (even when a serious law has been violated) detestable and would be horrified by whatever means would be needed to keep the illegals productive. Still, it's a fun thought and seems like poetic justice in a way.
 
How is this a troll thread? I think it's an idea that is worthy of debate. Is it a troll thread because you support mass immigration? Does merely disagreeing with the subject matter of a thread make the thread a troll thread?

How dare you call me a supporter of mass immigration, I have done nothing but to up speak against ppl who are not supposed to be here, I consider them criminals and IMO they should be dealt with that way. You, on the other hand are a bigot and a oppressor. You white ppl and you insatiable hunger for slaves. 1st you displace half of natives of the the African continent and threat them like animals and now you turn your lustful eyes at the native of the America. You, mister, should watch you language and intensions, no human, ever, shall be a slave to another.

Sorry if I misrepresented you, man. I can't keep track of everyone's names and comments in all discussions. I'm not really advocating slavery as much as I am advocating that the illegals be made to engage in an act of restitution, one that will make it more difficult for other people to commit the same crime in the future. It's no different in principle than a court ordering someone to do community service or at worst having a prison chain gang.
 
I'm not a supporter of government mandating that convicts work for free at useful labor for fear that government should find free labor too attractive.
 
I'm not really advocating the idea, just putting it out there. Still, it does have a certain logic to it--the punishment for breaking into the country is--to build a barrier that will prevent other people from invading.

How about we arrest them, send them to 6 months of prison then deportation, and pay them prison wages to build the wall?

Or they can choose to be deported and avoid prison all together.

I wonder why white people don't just all return to Europe, Asians go back to Asia, Black people return to Africa, and let the Hispanics (partial descendents of Americas) just have their land back?

It makes total sense.

They can, if they are citizens of their respective countries. Europeans that are illegal can and should go back to europe, deported first thing in the morning.

Maybe the Mexicans can all go invade Europe, take over the lands, drive the White people to Iraq, and then say that all White people are now all illegals in those European countries.

If they have the military power, they can do whatever they wish. However, let me assure you that if Mexico tries to invade Europe, they will be annihilated.

Okey dokey then, don't pretend it's any matter of citizenship or "Law".

The only real issue with Illegal Immigration is that "We took over the land, now GTFO".

Honestly, Americans should just start shipping Black People back to Africa. It's pretty clear how racist everyone actually is.

It is the law. You win a piece of land through war and you get to set your laws to govern the land as you wish.

I wonder why the Law doesn't just get rid of all the prisoners or criminals we have here. It would certainly leave a much higher % of white people left.
