I wonder why white people don't just all return to Europe, Asians go back to Asia, Black people return to Africa, and let the Hispanics (partial descendents of Americas) just have their land back?
It makes total sense.
Because they have been living here in the United States for decades and long-since planted roots? The argument that the white people stole the land from the Indians 200 years ago has no bearing on today's situation. No one who was alive then is alive today. It sounds high-brow and intellectual, but it's nothing more than cute drivel.
The fact of the matter is that the United States of America exists and is populated by American citizens. The issue is not whether they should leave and immigrate to other countries. The issue is--"what policy is in the rational selfish economic interests of the American people?" That is the issue that the pro-immigration people (yourself perhaps?) like to evade.
