No one can play stupid like you can.
So you think you can tell people what language they can speak in their own business? What next, their own homes? Get out of this country.
I already tried to ignore you (post # 66) but you sure push my button. Did you see my other post or you are too fucking stupid to read? And that post was not even address to you, you fucking stupid busy brownnose.
If his store is in the US, he needs to speak English with non-Spanish speaking customers
Where the FUCK did I TELL him/her what to do. Did I say "HAVE TO" or else?
Not only you ARE STUPID but you ARE A FUCKING LIAR, and not a good one at that.
Like I said before, when you are in Rome, act like Romans. If the store owner doesn't want to speak English, then don't demand "press 2 for Spanish".
You need to get the fuck out of here. Why don't you and your kind move to Mexico, speak English only, and then demand Mexican government do "press 2 for English", print documents and reports in English, etc., then tell us how they would treat you. Comprende, stupid lying bitch?
As far as I am concerned you can use whatever language you want in your business, last thing we need is here is some type of language police like they have in that bastion of free speech, Quebec. That said you should have 0 expectations of being dealt with in any language other than English when interacting with government services and officials. If they choose to offer alternatives that is all well and good but should never be required by law.
The bolded part in your post is exactly my point. If a person doesn't want to speak English in the US, then don't expect/demand "press 2 for Spanish". What will be next? Press 3 for Chinese, press 4 for Korean, press 5 for Klinton, press 6 for Elbonic? When will it be enough? Why should non speaking Spanish people have to adapt and we can not expect the same from Hispanics/Latinos?
Not only government but companies are doing that too. I am looking at you, AT&T (I am sure there are other companies).
