This is very much like news stories and movie documentaries produced by Josef Goebbels' Nazi Propaganda Ministry about Jews.

We'd all seen the examples of these things in History Channel and similar documentaries about the 3rd Reich. Goebbels had his own filmmaker who put this crap together, a woman named Leni Riefenstahl. It pioneered manufactured "reality" which shaped the minds of the pre-WWII German public.

Here's what I suggest that anyone else except SlowSpyder do, although he could do it and it would be interesting to compare notes with one other person. Call the Oregon local government and PD to verify this. Contact the local newspapers in that community and a neighboring community -- perhaps in the same county. You would also perform a similar verification from other mainstream news sources practicing objective journalism.

Breitbart has perpetrated hoaxes and "stings" attempting to get dirt on everyone from ACORN to Shirley Sherrod. Those people have been attempting to resurrect the techniques of the old Nazi propaganda machine. You cannot trust anything you see on Breitbart unless it's verified in other sources of the general media. And to say that that "general media" contains disinformation, misinformation or outright lies is more than just the pot calling the kettle black. You cannot have a conspiracy of untruth from a dozen news agencies coordinating with local news and national cable and OTA tv networks and established newspapers. It is statistically and practically impossible. People need to understand that Breitbart, Drudge and other publications have an agenda -- just as the Russians had with their election psy-war campaign.

As for the Russians, they have the statistics collected during their operations of the 2016 election; they have the documents which show how they used those statistics to adjust their actions and strategy. We just cannot obtain those facts. Putin and the Russians would laugh about giving them up. it would only be possible as other things have happened -- with NSA hacking Kremlin and GRU computers. And as we know, NSA had done some of these things to reveal more about the Kremlin's and GRU's psy-war campaign. That is already established fact.

What are the facts? Or do the Breitbart "facts" really exist? Is there an arrest report? Is there a local news item with the same story? There should be a local newspaper in the community where this supposedly happened.

If it is actually possible that this "dog rape" occurred -- fine -- then we have a migrant who dips his wick in dogs. Another "anecdotal" story otherwise controverted by the statistics about migrants and crime in our nation. That's right! JUst pick some fly-shit out of a pepper jar and try and make a federal case about it. . . .

Whats sad is we need to be very vigilant that we as a people don`t fall into the same thinking the germans fell into concerning the Jews!
Only in these dayas it seems as if the TRUMP administration is trying to marginalize all immigrabts from south of the border! What`s even more distressing is there has been a movement to marginalize legal immigrants from south of the border!

That's a good preliminary investigation. I'd take it further, to the possible confirmation sources I mentioned, even so.

This is why I favor IMPEACHMENT over election defeat -- a fallback. Perhaps less so for the Base, but the propagandists behind the Administration of Deceit and 10,000 Lies need to be exposed for what they are. People in the mainstream think that the system of government we have will ultimately prevail in expelling a criminal president. You cannot be so sure our system of government will work, after Trump has stacked the courts, spun his own Lies with his extended Lie Machine, obtained his office with the help of the Russian GRU, and generally created an atmosphere where Lies and Falsehoods are promoted as the Truth to a willing, lemming Base. Without Truth, the checks and balances may not work; the system may not work. You couldn't have a decent criminal trial with a jury barraged with lies, limited in their access to the facts, and confused by mendacious nonsense.

Considering how much animal rape happens in conservative regions of the US, I think they doth protest too much. And that's absolutely not even remotely close to the only one of those stories (if you grow up in areas like that, you'll hear lots of rumors about that type of behavior). Shit, in high school one of my friends came out of work to find that some people had taken a bull penis and slid it down the radio antenna of his car.

Well, now I feel sorry for my car repair-shop manager. He's done everything right in his life; has a daughter in the U of C here -- a wonderful family.

And his name is Lopez.

My own cousin dishonored my family after he borrowed $3 million to partner with a bipolar Mormon in a housing development in Vancouver (on the other side of the river from Portland). He discovered the partner was embezzling funds and buying lavish personal items, so Cuz took a trailer down there and attempted to remove "his construction equipment" from the project. Then he was charged with grand theft, but he was not convicted -- the charges dismissed. Yet, someone was able to post his picture and name on the web, displaying the simple circumstances of the charges, without the full story.

But Lopez is a fairly common name. In fact, the judge in the case we're discussing was named Lopez. ONe might speculate that, for this reason, the judge would introduce some adverse bias into the court proceeding. But anybody who injures a dog like that, who dips his own wick in a poor animal such as he did, is pretty sick. He should know better at an age like 50+, even with only a sixth-grade education.
