Careful, this forum is full of wide-eyed college kids who are just getting back from some liberal blow-hard professor's "lecture."

So are you protesting as a paid representative of Cigna? United Health Care? AIHP? Wellpoint?

Or are you just pissed off that we haven't nuked Iran yet?

Interestingly, I was a conservative until well after I graduated college. Then Bush showed me the true meaning of conservatism and I've been a liberal ever since.

Bush was not a conservative. A jackass maybe, but not a true conservative.

Bush is a modern era conservative and a fine representative of the Republican breed. Conservatives in the sense you're thinking of haven't existed in decades.

Kinda interesting that less than 10% of scientists and only about 15% of college professors identify themselves as republicans.

No thanks. I'd much rather be out drinking with friends then making an ineffectual show of self-righteous wannabe political force, but whatever floats your boat.

Exactly what do you hope this protesting will accomplish?

"Oh my, look at those poorly-made signs with silly slogans.......I finally see the error of my ways. I've been a moran all my life. I'm so ashamed. :("

My only overtly political professor is die hard republican. He always says "Liberals aren't Americans" and makes other jabs like that, but he is like 80 and does so in a joking manner, so nobody cares.

The only other political stance any of my other teachers said was that he was socialist, but that was after a lot of asking by the audience, and he in no way talked about his political views.
