if the computer at your work has remote desktop software then you can connect to your computer.

research will continue on it's own.

And research points can be transferred from one incomplete item to another. 1 scientist generates 1 research point per hour.
After it automatically starts researching the next item, if you generate 20 research points toward Expansion, but you wanted to research Professional Army, simply switch to Professional Army. Those 20 points will be removed from Expansion and applied to Professional Army.

My wife asked "why are the people so small?" in reference to the phalanx guys on the left at the city screen. To her credit, the dudes have huge heads and tiny bodies.

Then she said "oh, it's to defend the small cities!" in reference to the towns with a dozen buildings in them. It was a lvl 18 town... 🙁
