If you want to be one of the cool kids and make the bad boy list you need to go to P&N and swear at people that don't agree with you.
 
A few - usually just the weird racist trolls that pop up each major election cycle. Like the latest one obsessed with Tom Selleck and thinking people of Italian-American ancestry vote as some unified racist block like it's 1900s Tammany Hall.

If you want to be one of the cool kids and make the bad boy list you need to go to P&N and swear at people that don't agree with you.
Conversely, if you want to add people to your list because they insult or swear at you, all it takes is just continually spewing dishonest rhetoric, red herrings, etc and then playing the victim, pretending that they simply, "don't agree with you." Works a charm.
 
I had an ignore list going somewhere due to spammer attack. I don't think it was here, and it was quickly abandoned, cause trying to keep up with that shit is impossible without any real power.
