I can just imagine this crusty old condom sitting in some bag. "Welp honey, lets do it!" And then someone gets the old crusty condom out of the bag and puts it on.
 
Was in a pinch and the only store nearby was a cheap Indian 99cent shop with imitation "Dorex" condoms. It broke along it's length about 3 mins into it during a backdoor meating.
 
I haven't had one break while my soldier was deployed.... but I had a few break getting them on.

Anyhow, I just pull out before the money shot to avoid the scare of finding out it broke.
 
In real life: No
As an ATOTer: Even the Magnum XXXLs break just trying to get them on!

In real life, I just used the "finger condoms" I swiped from the Drs. office & a twist-tie at the base.

never had a break, but I have had a lost one...not as big a deal, as I'm married with 2 kids already...it's getting old though, so I think it's time to get the 'ole snip snip

I was assuming he was talking about in a short time frame... but eww that makes it worse.
 
Every condom will break quite often if you don't put it on properly. You need to keep an extra thumbs width at the tip and not put it on tight againt the tip.

A condom will break 50% of the time or more if you just simply roll it on without keeping a little extra at the tip loose.
