Fling your poo at his house. It won't clean your car but sometimes a good poo flinging is in order to even the score.

Um, I'd apologize?

And hell yes I'd clean it up. Of course, I'd never throw up in someone's car...not even my own.

milk challenge, the wolf, this thread is great.

i apologized to my friend when i threw up in his car. i felt terrible about it for a bit. then he got a new car. my vomit hastened the decision. that was a bad night. i did black out and i was some how quoting pulp fiction as i gave the most pwrfect directions back to my apartment. night ended up on a funny note i guess.

i would give the driver as much money as necessary to return the carpet to pre-barf state. If it requires the whole thing be replaced, so be it, ill pay for it.

On my 2nd ever date, I had a 1984 Mustang GT that I just purchased 2 weeks prior. I scored a date with this Asian girl that was WAY out of my league (straight A's, clean cut, very pretty...). She said that she did not feel very well when I picked her up, but said it was probably just cramping and she took some Midol, so she should feel better soon. In think it was 1987 and we were crusing along at 60MPH on I-75 to go see Beverly Hills Cop II, when she rolled down her window an BAZOOKA BARFED all over the side of my car. We pulled over and this pinkish red slop that smelled like bile was splattered all over the side of the car. She apologized profusely, and I kind of laughed it off to make her feel better. We went through a car wash, and when we got out, her puke actually faded the paint!

That date ended up costing me $800 for a new paint job. (I actually turned it into my insurance so it was $250 for the deductible- claimed it under "caustic substance damaged car finish" :) ).

We never went out again because she was too embarrased...and probably afraid I was going to ask her to pay for everything.

for starters, it sounds like your "friend" is lazy, maybe embarrassed and a coward. if you make a mess, you clean it up. i've cleaned up my own unfortunate upchuck in someone else's car before. i've also had someone pay me to have theres cleaned out of mine.

you shouldn't expect less from a friend.

Funny though. How long was it on your paint?

Apologize and pay to have it detailed.

Isn't that just common decency? I threw up on the outside of somebody's car and was trying to pay to have it detailed, but he wouldn't take my money.

Nice guy, he was.

If I threw up in someone's car, I'd clean it myself -- I don't know how much to get it 'professionally' done is

Don't ever give rides again to drunkards. Make them take a taxi. An incident like that should leave you untrustworthy of anyone you go drinking with when it's time to leave. Of course, we aren't talking 2 or 3 beers.

Put yourself in the car owners shoes and someone blows chunks, how would you feel?
i would pay to get it cleaned, or atleast toss some money my friend's way.

Bwahahahaha!!! What a shitty "friend." Drop him unless he apologizes + offers to pay for the cleaning.

But first act like it's all cool, then eat a few big macs and drive somewhere with him... but take one of those meds meant to induce vomiting.

Wait, you need a ride home. Just go to his house to blow the chunks on the carpet or couch instead.

i would shampoo their carpet, and detail/wax there car for them...

someone threw up in my car once, and they did that for me, i was happy.

Don't they just hose out the back seat of the police car?

Maybe 30 minutes. Stomach acid is powerful stuff. Whatever she ate was tomato based too.

I'd start by shampooing it myself and cleaning it up a little, but then paying to have it detailed. That's really the least you can do for the inconvenience it's caused him.

My friend did it in my car and he is ignoring me. I already cleaned it up. Took me 4 hours and a lot of carpet cleaning materials.

The smell is still there but covered up by an entire bottle of febreze. Since this guy is being a jerk I might as well go get the entire carpet floor replace and then send him the bill.

lol....you waited until the next day?

Was he drunk?

Have you ever smelled puke + alcohol?

Wow...it should have been cleaned up immediately.

And I think if you let some drunk douchebag ride in your car, it's your own damned fault that it got puked on.
