Me too. What the hell. Maybe they were too lazy to make separate emails... I don't realy want anymore crappy Epson stuff, I want $$$.
 
To all of you who are complaining that you are getting notices from Rust about the discount codes being active when you selected cash--you do realize that you get a $20.00 credit at the Epson e-store in addition to the $25.00 cash right?

Well, that's my understanding, but I haven't received a penny or any acknowledgement that I ever will.

For class members who elected the alternate benefit of cash, checks will be distributed before the end of May 2007.

In other words, checks are going to be distributed even before the codes for credits are activated.

What "rebate?" The settlement provides three alternative types of benefits:

(1) $45.00 automatic credit at Epson E-store; (2) $25.00 cash by check and $20.00 credit at Epson E-store; or (3) 25% discount off Epson E-store purchases.

The website also clearly indicates that credits will be activated on June 20, 2007 and checks will be distributed before the end of May, 2007.

Why can't we all just read the settlement notice?

Apart from the fact that the lawyers did a pretty good job for the Class here, I'm wondering why you think a court approved settlement would deliver anything less to you than what was promised or why the lawyers who undertook to represent you in this action would allow you be cheated.

Have you even read this thread? The delay isn't due to "processing" time, its due to the appeals. The lawyers who represent the Class don't have any control over whether or not objectors choose to file frivolous appeals or how long it takes the California Court of Appeals to dismiss an appeal.

if your Epson shows or flashes an ERROR CODE , be sure to download

SSCSERVE.EXE . Its a small app that resets the most common error

code for filled ink pads . It also allows you to freeze the ink level

indicator so you never get locked up again .

There is a clever mod that runs the ink drain tube out the back to

any small vial for collection of wasted ink .

Lots of people give their Epsons to the Good Will---Sally Arms because

they don't/won't pay for service-repair . < got a RX620 for $10 >

It would be nice to combine the codes. I got two of them. A Vista-ready scanner would be nice. I don't think Epson would be real happy with me because I got both of my Epson printers for dirt cheap after rebate. And then I ran nothing but generic in both of them. Stil, I'm going to cash the two checks!

 
I don't remember if I signed up to get a check or a gift certificate through email. Has anyone received their gift certificate as of yet?
 
I received 5 checks today! I thought I sent in for six Epsons but now I don't remember. I'll have to look for the copies I made.😛
 
3 for 3 came in the mail yesterday. Someone remember to post once the online codes become active... June 20th I think... and make with the epson store hot deals once its on.
