I thought my performance was spectacular because my boss keeps praising me.

The lowest so far is $100. I haven't found out who got the highest yet.

Assuming Christmas isn't your normal annual bonus time...why would it be a slap in the face? Last time I checked, 400 > 0.

And you need to STFU - there a helluva lot of people who are unemployed and would to have a job let alone and extra $400.

I get an annual bonus but never a Christmas bonus.

My brother used to get a Butterball Turkey certificate for Xmas. Hasn't seen one of those in years from his global company.

Highest bonus I've received was slightly under $10k and at that time I was making like $60k? Was a pleasant surprise. Never touched that though again.

Current position there is no bonus, but the pay is a lot higher.

Only bonus I get is the chance to leave at 1-2pm on Dec 24 and Dec 31 regardless of when I came in -- usually 10am.

last year i made significantly more than that and received a $25 amazon gc. that did feel like a slap in the face to be honest.

i received a christmas bonus 1 year out of my 15-16 years of employment. you should consider yourself fucking lucky that you even get one.

I got a $.50 per hour raise this year though. was my first raise in maybe 4 or 5 years (if you don't count starting at a new compay at a higher salary than previous job) and it wasn't that much of a boost either.

fucking entitled fucks in this fucking country

if you don't want it, i'll take it off your hands.
