Is the Minor Consent Law a CA thing or is it national? We have it here and if you're under 18, any agency where you req. services can't even call your parents to tell them you're prego. So in addition to PP, you can even get prego and abort w/o your parents even knowing. That's some f'ed up shite right there.

Edit: What's worse, any "child" under the age of 21 can be considered minor consent under the Medi-Cal program, the state's equivalent to Medic-Aid.
