A good one. Because they have none. :)

o_O Not going to bother with a reply.

MGS4, simply because of the masterful storytelling. And I've always been a fan of MGS/Stealth-action games.

My favorites are NCAA Football 09, MLB 08: The Show, and Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds. I enjoy all 3 and find the online experience to be enjoyable aswell.

Little Big Planet or MSG4

These are probably the best two Ps3 exclusive titles.

LOL PS3 has no games, LOL!

LOL MGS4 isn't a game, it's a movie, LOL!

Seriously though? Probably either LittleBigPlanet, MGS4, or Ratchet & Clank. And those are just some of the best exclusives. There aren't as many exclusives these days.

Do you mean PS3 exclusives or are cross-platform games included?

Dark Sector is a lot of fun at $20 (Amazon) though it's not an exclusive.

I'm enjoying the PS2 Ratchet & Clank 2 so the PS3 R&C is on my buy list.

Valkyria Chronicles is supposed to be very good but I haven't dl the demo yet.

Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, Folklore are all supposed to be at least worth renting and I plan to evenutally.

It's a silly question though, what is the point of only ever buying/renting one game?

Valkyria chronicles because it looks awesome and I love srpg. It is the only game that I wish was on the 360.

Uncharted for sure. It's like no other gaming experience on any console IMO. It's probably the most cinematic game I've played and most "movie-like" as well. This is probably the first game where I've actually felt the chemistry between characters because they are so life like.

Other than that I would say Ratchet and Clank, but it's similar to the previous ones so you know what to expect, granted it's probably one of the best games on the console. Same goes with Hot Shots Golf.

I would not put MGS4 on the list and would actually dissuade people from that game if they were not already into the MGS games. You will either love MGS4 or hate it, there really is no inbetween. But if you havent played the previous MGS games you will be completely lost story wise (and possibly gameplay wise too).

Uncharted on the other hand, I do not know 1 person who has played the actual game (not just the demo) who has not enjoyed it.

If cross-platform is included and you don't have a gaming PC, then add at least:

Fallout 3
Oblivion
Bioshock
Orange Box (second-rate port, but HL2 & Portal are still supposed to be playable)

Again, it's a silly question except in a "my console's better!" context, and even then you should be looking at the full set of exclusives, not just Halo3 or Gears2 on the 360.

Should have said exclusive, I get the cross platforms for 360. Reason I ask is I am only putting one game down on my Xmas list because I don't want my GF going and buying a bunch of games at $60 a pop. Figure I would put down the most recommended. I got MGS4, Uncharted seems most recommend so far.

Probably MGS4. Lots of replay value and the cut scenes are amazing. I also like sneaking around and taking people out w/ tranq shot. I take so much time exploring I easily double the play time of most games, excluding linear platform shooter. It'll probably take me 50 hours to beat BioShock on PS3.

I really like Hot Shots Golf OOB though.

PSN - Super Stardust HD

It's just got amazing action and I find it infinitely replayable.

BR - Probably Warhawk

The game is absurdly entertaining and new content comes out fairly often. You can probably snag it on clearance for less than twenty bucks as well.

"If you could choose one" - cue a hundred ATers choosing five.

And, for my money, Disgaea 3.

Ratchet and Clank TOD was top notch.

I wasn't a fan of MGS4, more than likely because i never played the previous ones.

I also enjoyed Heavenly Sword and Resistance. Im working on completing GTA4 before i purchase any new games (Resistance 2 or Uncharted)

I really liked heavenly sword, but it was too short. Replay value is non-zero I admit, but I couldn't live with it as my ONLY ps3 game.

I still pick up GTA4 from time to time, but I never spend more than half an hour or so screwing around before I put it down again. My greatest accomplishment in that game was stealing the FIB car. I wish they'd put in a tank like san andreas and vice city:(

Soul Calibur 4 sucks because my gf can beat me in it.. *grumble grumble* okay so it's probably the game we play most, but if I had to subject myself to ONLY SC4, i'd probably end up castrating myself out of shame.

Tekken 5 Dark Ressurection or wahtever the fuck it's called would be my favorite (I can actually beat her button mashing ass at this one) BUT the "copyright information" is invalid, so I can't even play the game that I paid for. Thank's for burning me on your digital delivery system Sony. I won't be paying for anymore games that don't come with the simple security of knowing that I can play it whenever I want.

1. Burnout Paradise. I've spent hundreds of hours playing it. Midnight Club: LA is just as good, if not better.
2. Uncharted. Excellent single player, but unfortunately no multi or expansions.
3. Saints Row 2/GTA 4. Who needs replay value when the game never ends!
4. MGS4. sneaky sneaky!
5. Hot Shots Golf 5. If you like golf, this is pretty sweet. Recently added voice chat.

Honorable mention:
Little Big Planet. Its better when you play with others. Some issues need to be worked out.
Heavenly Sword. Quality, just kinda short.
Incredible Hulk. HULK SMASH! I dont even think there is a story, but running around destroying stuff is good fun! Its probably like $5 now.
Soul Calibur IV. The little girl in you likes to play dress up! Dont deny it.
